Circularity

Circularity

Circularity is fast becoming a business imperative, not just a sustainability goal. It’s about optimising resource use and minimising waste across operations and value chains to unlock value, reduce risk, and stay competitive.

We help companies harness circularity

We help companies harness circularity to drive both impact and results, tackling the triple planetary crisis of climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution by reducing reliance on virgin materials and energy-intensive processes.

Material flows and circularity metrics

We map and quantify material flows to provide a clear, data-driven baseline for circularity. We define relevant metrics based on regulation, industry benchmarks, and best-practice frameworks – and offer benchmarking to help companies assess their maturity and identify gaps and opportunities.

Circularity strategy

We support the development of bold, actionable circularity strategies backed by measurable KPIs. Our work covers the full opportunity space – from product and process improvements to synergies with other strategic priorities like decarbonisation. We create tailored roadmaps, define key actions, and ensure ownership across the organisation.

Design for circularity

We identify circularity challenges across the value chain and translate them into clear design principles. These are integrated into product development, sourcing processes, and internal decision-making. We also develop practical, user-friendly tools that help embed circularity into day-to-day operations, enabling adoption across teams and functions.

Business benefits

Business benefits from working with circularity across your value chain include:

  • Strengthening supply chain resilience by reducing raw material dependency
  • Cutting costs through energy efficiency and smarter material use
  • Advancing decarbonisation goals
  • Meeting rising expectations from regulators and customers – and accessing new partners and business models
  • Minimising biodiversity impacts by cutting waste and lowering demand for virgin inputs
  • Accelerating product innovation and development

“We help companies move beyond linear thinking in their value chain, embedding circularity into strategy, design, and operations to cut costs, build resilience, and future-proof their business in a resource-constrained world.”
