Magnus is currently pursuing an MSc in International Business and Politics at Copenhagen Business School, specialising in international business regulation. Before joining The Footprint Firm, Magnus worked as an Intelligence Officer in a UK local government counter-fraud team, leading due diligence projects, investigations, and financial risk management initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. His experience has given him a strong foundation in analytical problem-solving, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
At CBS, Magnus has been an active contributor to student life as a study start coordinator and president of several Asia-focused organisations. He has also represented CBS at an international Model United Nations conference, addressing maritime sustainability within the United Nations Environment Programme.
Magnus also holds a BSc in International Business in Asia, focusing on Japanese language, culture, and relations—a joint degree between Copenhagen Business School, the University of Copenhagen, and Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo. His bachelor’s thesis on Japanese institutional investors in the European hydrogen economy received the 2025 East Asiatic Company Thesis Prize.
