In her role as Finance Associate, Sophia supports The Footprint Fund and The Footprint Firm on internal processes related to analysis, reporting, investor relations, and collaboration with auditors. Moreover, Sophia supports on investment, holding, and exit processes for the portfolio companies in The Footprint Fund, working closely with our CFO to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

Prior to joining The Footprint Firm full time, Sophia gained experience as Financial Analyst working with us while studying for her Master of Science (MSc) in Finance and Investments from Copenhagen Business School. Sophia also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Language and Culture with a specialisation in French. For her thesis, Sophia explored the impacts of international investment in emerging markets and has a passion for integrating understanding of business practices with her strong quantitative skills and applying her expertise to sustainable investments.
