Ludvig brings experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and private equity. Prior to joining the Footprint Firm, Ludvig led legal affairs for alternative investments at the renowned family office, North-East Group, advising on strategic M&A, venture capital deals and global private equity. Before that, Ludvig worked for 4 years at Accura’s M&A and Private Equity department, advising domestic and international companies, private equity funds and financial institutions on all aspects of M&A transactions and corporate matters.

Ludvig has extensive experience in managing, negotiating, and structuring M&A transactions across various industries and markets, including numerous sustainability cases. His experience covers all areas of private equity, from advising on private equity portfolio deals to investing in private equity funds and structuring funds. Ludvig is committed to adopting an approach that is solution-driven with a significant emphasis on commercial objectives.

Ludvig holds a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen. Part of his degree was completed at London School of Economics and Political Science and Fordham Law School in New York City, studying corporate finance, corporate law, and M&A structuring. Ludvig has also completed the Masterclass in Private Equity at London Business School.
